Here is how it works, from start to finish.

You love your music. Our Digitizing Service gets more out of your CD collection by going far beyond the simple conversion to digital. It complements great sound with comprehensive information.

Step Service Cost for you
1. Sending your CDs to Olive We provide a shipping label with your order number and barcode to allow you to track your package during the digitizing process. Put your CDs on a spindle , pack them in a secure box and send them to us. We recommend you insure your CDs for $15/each. You only pay shipping to Olive.
2. Inspection & Preparation Once we have your CDs we inspect and clean them for the conversion to digital. Free.
3. Digitizing We digitize your CDs. Our digitizing machines use the latest in error detection and correction technology. Free.CD pricing calculator.
4. Conversion We convert your digital music to the lossless FLAC audio format.This preserves the CD quality sound, but requires only about 1/2 the space of uncompressed music.
5. Tagging We tag all your CDs with important music information (album, artist, song etc.) and album artwork so it can easily be found on your Olive 4. Free.
6. Transfer Once your music is tagged we upload it to your Olive 4 Hi-Fi Music Server and again verify the integrity of the music library. Free.
7. Enjoy We ship back your Olive 4 and CDs. Simply plug it in and enjoy your music. You pay a fixed fee of $40 for return shipping of your CDs to you. This includes insurance of $15 per CD.
