Blair Krebs is the Vice President of Finance for Olive and is responsible for developing and implementing the accounting, inventory and production planning capabilities to meet company objectives. Her responsibilities include: managing general accounting functions, supervising payroll and benefits administration, standardizing and maintaining internal controls and financial systems, making decisions regarding financing and operational issues, streamlining the month-end close, preparing financial statements, creating production plans to support the sales plan, and managing inventory and warehousing.
Prior to joining Olive, Blair was an internal auditor at Varian Inc. Her role there was to audit world-wide business units located in over 20 countries within Europe, Asia and the Americas. These audits were financial and operation based and included financial statement audits as well as internal policy audits. Before joining Varian, Inc., Blair worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in assurance services. Her clients included Chevron, YMCA, Western Gas, and GMAC. Blair led audit engagements for private and public companies as a Senior Associate.
Blair earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting from the University of Colorado. She is a certified public accountant and a member the Institute of Internal Auditors. Blair is a Colorado native and enjoys many outdoor activities. When she is not crunching numbers you can find her skiing around the world, traveling, attending concerts and shows and playing/coaching lacrosse.
